Education:

• Management/Specialist Roles: Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Health Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance, Social Sciences, Engineering (Civil/Environment), or Computer Science (depending on the post).
• Support Staff: * Office Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
• Driver: Valid driving license for light vehicles with 3 years of experience.
• Office Boy: Minimum Matriculation.
• Sweeper: Literate (basic reading and writing).

Experience:

• Senior Positions: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale health projects, preferably with international donors (ADB/World Bank).

• Specialist Positions: 5 to 10 years of specific experience in fields like Gender, HRH, Procurement, or Behavioral Change.

• Technical Staff: 2 to 5 years of relevant field experience.

Age Limit:

• Management: Up to 62 years.
• Specialists/Coordinators: Up to 50 years.
• Support Staff: As per Government of Punjab recruitment policy (typically 18-35 years plus general relaxation).
