Education:

To be eligible for these Finance and Accounts roles, you need a high-tier professional degree. The requirements include:

• CA (Chartered Accountant)

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

• ICMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants)

• MBA Finance / M.Com

• BBA (Hons) / B.Com

• Master’s or Bachelor’s (16 Years of Education) in relevant fields.

Experience:

• Deputy Director: Usually requires 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization.

• Assistant Director: Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or audit.

• Superintendent/Senior Executive: Preference is given to candidates with 1–3 years of experience, but highly qualified freshers may be considered in some categories.

Age Limit:

• The general age limit ranges from 25 to 45 years, depending on the specific post.
