Eligibility Criteria & Information:
Education:
Manager SCDS: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, BS, B-Tech, or DAE.
Manager IDAC: Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. MBA or Project Management qualification is a plus.
Assistant Manager IDAC: Bachelors in Management Sciences.
Associate TUG / Management Trainee: At least 16 years of education in technical fields such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Manager SCDS: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or 12 years if holding BS/B-Tech/DAE).
Manager IDAC: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
Assistant Manager IDAC: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Associate TUG: 1 year of relevant experience.
Management Trainee: Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience.
Age Limit:
Managers (SCDS/IDAC): 29 – 40 years.
Assistant Manager: 25 – 32 years.
Associate / Trainee: 23 – 30 years.
Gender:
Male and Female (Female applicants are highly encouraged).
