Education Requirements

• For BPS-15 (Accountant/Stenographer): You need a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, B.A, B.Sc) from an HEC-recognized university. For Stenographers, a shorthand speed of 80 wpm and typing speed of 40 wpm is mandatory.

• For Junior Technicians (BPS-09): F.Sc (Pre-Medical) plus a 1-year diploma in the relevant field (Pharmacy, Anesthesia, etc.) from the Punjab Medical Faculty.

• For Clerks & Computer Operators: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) with a good typing speed (30-40 wpm) and proficiency in MS Office.

• For Skilled Staff (Plumber/Electrician/Mechanic): Middle or Matric with a valid certificate from a recognized technical institute and relevant field experience.

Experience & Skills

• Technical Roles: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a hospital or industrial environment is preferred.

• Administrative Roles: Experience in government record-keeping and accounts will be a huge plus.

• Drivers: Must have a valid LTV/HTV license and at least 5 years of driving experience.

Age Limit

• The general age limit is 18 to 25 years, but don't worry—the Government of Punjab usually provides a 5 to 8-year age relaxation as per the latest policy.
