Eligibility Criteria & Information:
Education:
Security Supervisor: Matric / AEC-I (Ex-Army JCO equivalent).
Security Guard: Middle / Matric / AEC-II (Ex-Army NCO or Civilian).
Supervisors/Technical: Intermediate / Graduation / IOSH / OHSAS / Relevant Diplomas.
General Staff: Primary, Middle, or Matric depending on the role.
Experience:
Security Roles: Retired personnel from Armed Forces or 2–4 years for civilians.
Technical/Skilled: 1–3 years of relevant experience in the specific field (Plumbing, Welding, etc.).
Support Staff: 1–2 years of experience preferred.
Age Limit:
Security Supervisor: Up to 50 Years.
Security Guard: 25 to 45 Years.
General Positions: Usually 18 to 40 years as per hospital policy.
Gender: Male / Female (As per specific role requirements).
Additional Skills: Drivers must possess a valid HTV/PSV license.
